In 19 years I have managed to....
- Marry an AWESOME man
- Come home with the title of a National Champ
- Graduate high school
- Go through the temple
- Milk goats
- Deliver baby goats
- Sew my wedding and prom dresses
- Start a business (still in the process)
- Be a nanny
- Laugh until my cheeks fall of (almost)
- Experience no broken bones,
- But managed to get stitches on my eye as an attempt to jump on my bed while I was a toddler
- Watch too many animals die
- Spend too much money
- Fallen off, been kicked, reared up on, stepped on, bitten, bucked off, and thrown into fences or walls while riding or vaulting on a horse
- Been in 4-H. For horses and goats (my mom used to make me show goats and win money)
- Learn to live on a tight budget
- Take up home decor
- Learn to love cleaning
- Lose a lot of my ability to hear
- Never color my hair
- Work to become a home owner
- Gained a testimony
- Fall in love with cooking and baking
- live in baby hungry-ness
- Brake someone's mail box and ruin the sidewalk with goat droppings as I attached my goat to a leash and attempted to take her exercising with me.
- Been in my very own horse club with a secret trail to ride ponies on and our very own horse food cookbooks so we can make pony salad (carrots, grass, and apples)
-Discovered what makes me who I am....and its a never ending process.
Kathryn says: I think I discovered how to make a comment on your blog. Let's see if this works. Great list! We want to do 4-H with our kids (when we get a house and some land first, if that ever happens). I want to know more about your experience with it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous list! You have accomplished a lot in your life thus far and I know you'll continue to do so. :)
