A Productive Day

You know you've accomplished a lot on a Monday when you....

- Do laundry
- Organize your room
- Bake bread
- Bought a ton of chicken on sale to stash in the freezer ($1.19/lb and &1.39/lb boneless skinless)
- Wash dishes
- Make homemade fruit leather
- Make waffles for this week's breakfast (We like to keep a stash in the fridge to toast in the busy mornings)
- Help the hubs pack up his old room (more like encourage him to not stop and play with legos while I flip through a few of his cookbooks and make a list of dinners coming up)

And of course

- Blog.

I hope this whole week is productive! I am going to try to get some canning in, make a few crafts, and work.
