A few things

Weddings, weddings and more weddings. When I got my job in the Bridal Industry, I thought that my wedding would be so fun to plan and that I would have the coolest wedding ever. WRONG. All I do all day is think about weddings. When I get up in the morning I am usually emailing vendors for myself, sewing my dress, researching ideas, planning finger foods, etc. Then I get to work and do the same thing all day for my brides, while selling lots of pretty dresses to others. Then I get home, and usually bring Jimmy with me while we register, look for places to live, check out tuxedos, think of luncheon ideas, talk to his parents about the plans, etc. See me frazzled brain? On Saturday I called Jimmy up to say that I don't even want to think about weddings for the night. So instead, we went out to eat and watched "The Three Musketeers." It was a good change. Don't get me wrong though, I am superdee duperdee excited to be sealed to this amazing man of mine! But sometimes I just need to clear my mind and breathe for a minute. Now that I am all charged up again and ready to repeat for the week, I will be spending the day putting our wedding together. Starting now. Ciao.

  1. I am glad you took a break. After I visited your blog the other night I had a dream that I was getting married to Daniel again! I was SO excited to plan my wedding for the first time! I didn't get to last time and I was blessed with Daniel's super helpful family to do all the work for me STUCK in Italy waiting for my visa...
I often wish I could have been in my own country where everything was familiar and plan the perfect wedding a girl wishes to have but looking back what was most important is who you and Jimmy are and what you will build together: an eternal family!
I am so happy for you!

  2. I switched thought at the end of my comment...I was saying what was most important was that we were together to build something eternal...and it is the same in your case...what matter most is THE MARRIAGE not the wedding!
Surely a great wedding is rewarding though...don't forget to breathe in the next couple of weeks.
PS when is the big day?? I missed that part :)

  3. Kailie!! Good Luck with everything! Hang in there!

Thank you for your kind words!
