Freshly Engaged

I cant believe it's actually happening! The tables have turned. It was a total surprise, even though it was a full day event. Jimmy had his sister come visit me, and handed me a book, with the first page filled. It was a book of how Kailie and Jimmy met in seminary five years ago. After, his sister tricked me into heading over to Provo High (while in my mucky barn boots covered in horsie treats) where Jimmy and I met. There in my old seat, in my first classroom, was an envelope. Inside was the next page to the story, leaving me to hunt down the other clue to the next page. After six hours of running around Provo in the crazy rain (looking like a lunatic), a few encounters with some confused waitresses while I blurt out random sayings, a suspicious cop watching me closely, many confused and poor costumers gathering to watch while I was frantically looking for a clue in a public grocery store, and Jimmy's sister getting a complete laugh multiple times, I ended up in a secluded meadow where the rain had died down, eating a homemade dinner with the most amazing guy I have ever met, watching friendly deer come so close to us, and reading the last page of my book (that I had found out Jimmy had wrote himself), I looked up to see Jimmy get down on one knee as he poured his heart out to me. He then opened a box, and I saw the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I was so happy. I couldn't say anything! Its a good thing he knew how I felt, because he just went right on and put it on my left ring finger. That guy sure knows how to get to me. :)

Can you tell I have been a little frazzled all day? Haha

My flowers, my book, my ring, my man. :) What more could a lucky girl ask for?
